(coming soon) Roundtable on Impacts of Climate Change on Adaptive Policy in the Caribbean.... more			The Development Account is a capacity development programme set up by the General Assembly in 1997 to fund technical cooperation projects in the priority areas of the United Nations Development Agenda. The Account has a biannual budget of $19 million which is appropriated from the Secretariat's regular budget. Since its inception, approximately 166 projects have been implemented by 10 entities of the Executive Committee of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA, 5 Regional Commissions, UNCTAD, UNEP, Habitat and UNODC).
