| Timeline for the 2004-2005-cycle
Results of the first evaluation phase:
1st March 2005
In this phase, 100 entries will be selected to continue the process, and additional information on those projects will be requested. All of the applicants participating in the 2004-2005 cycle will be personally informed of the results of this phase, and the names of the selected projects will be published on the ECLAC web site.
Deadline for sending additional information:
8 April 2005
Results of the second evaluation phase:
24 June 2005
In this phase, 50 projects will be selected to receive visits from evaluators. The 100 applicants that provided additional information will be personally informed of the results of this evaluation phase, and the names of the selected projects will be published on the ECLAC web site.
Visits to the selected projects in the second evaluation phase:
Between 11 July and 15 August 2005
Results of the third evaluation phase:
26 September 2005
In this phase, 20 finalists will be selected. Each of the 50 projects that were visited will be personally informed of the results. The names of the finalist projects will be published on the ECLAC web site
Award ceremony and activities:
10 and 11 November 2005
One representative from each of the 20 finalist projects will be invited to the award ceremony. Activities at this event will include an Innovation Fair, at which the representatives will present the most significant features of the finalist projects. |
