José Manuel Salazar-Xirinachs participated in a work meeting with other international organizations during the XXVIII Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government, which is being held in Santo Domingo.
Twenty-one countries are part of the Ibero-American Network of Climate Change Offices, which celebrated its anniversary in an event in Lima with the attendance of senior government officials from the region.
