The Seminar offered a forum for sensitizing participants on the value of time-use surveys, and facilitating the promotion of time-use surveys for measuring all forms of work, particularly women’s activities.

The purpose of the meeting was to analyse the concepts of “knowledge networks” and to show the impacts that the active support and maintenance of knowledge networks could have on development by promoting better relationship between governments, stakeholders, agencies and citizens.
