Tuition and course fees are free of charge. Classes, mostly in Spanish, are taught by ECLAC staff researchers and prestigious professors from various universities in Latin America, the Caribbean and the world.

ELADES-ECLAC annually convenes young researchers, graduates and/or postgraduates interested in studying the Latin American development process. More than 600 students from 35 countries and different universities around the world have attended the Program (formerly Summer School) since its inception in 2000.
